Our music program is an integral part of our church and includes a choir, handbell choir and orchestra.

Choir

All are welcome to join; bring your love of music to this wonderful community of singers.

The chancel choir rehearses most Sundays from September through early June at 8:30am and sings in worship directly after at 10am.

Handbell Choir

Our handbell choir brings joy to our worship about once a month and on Christmas Eve. Ringers have an opportunity to participate in additional performances outside of worship if interested, as well.

We ring 4-1/2+ octaves of Schulmerich handbells and 3 octaves of Schulmerich handchimes. We enjoy ringing a wide variety of musical styles, sacred and secular, original works and arrangements, and regularly include other instruments and percussion in our offerings. Repertoire is generally of intermediate difficulty though we do program some easier music as well as some “stretch” pieces.

The handbell choir rehearses most Wednesdays from 7-8:45pm September through early June. We accept new members whenever there are openings. Previously ringing experience is not required; we will welcome anyone who is interested.

Orchestra

Do you play an instrument? Our orchestra plays during select worship services during the year, which means our rehearsal schedule is a little irregular, too. When we do rehearse, we meet in the church right after worship ends on select Sundays at 11am. Interested in learning more or joining us? Contact us and we’ll let you know about our next rehearsal!
