Project Goals

In the winter of 2023, an outside engineering firm provided a thorough survey of the building and grounds. The resulting Capital Needs Assessment created a prioritized list of projects to stabilize the building. The major concern is water infiltration occurring due to several aged and compromised roof sections which need to be replaced or repaired. The current electrical system needs upgrading and modernization.

Ww believe that this campaign will raise between $400,000 and $600,000 The more we raise, the more projects will be completed! Here is the breakdown of our resource need allocation. All these repairs and upgrades will make our building a more usable and inviting space for the entire community.
