Childrens' Sunday
This Sunday, May 5th, is Children’s Sunday! The children of our church school will lead parts of our service. This year, our Minister of Children & Youth, Peter Johnston has worked with several others to pull together a wonderful group of Church School Singers! We will also give thanks to our teachers. You won’t want to miss the music or the fun!
Bike Recycle Event this Weekend
\Reading Cares will be sponsoring the 5th annual Bike Recycle Event this weekend. Even if you don't have a bike to donate, you can come at 12:30 and adopt a bike from the selection. Rain or shine at RMLD, 230 Ash Street in Reading.
Donation times:
- Friday 11:00 to 12:30;
- Saturday 9:00 to 11:00
Selection times:
- Saturday 12:00 to 12:30 for donor voucher holders only
- Saturday 12:30 to 1:30 for general public

Good Friday: March 29
- First Congregational Church Sanctuary open for Meditation & Prayer
- 7 am- 9 pm, readings will be available
- Ecumenical Good Friday Service, 12:15 pm, First Congregational Church
Easter: March 31
- Worship Celebration, 10 am
- Music:First Congregational Orchestra, Chancel Choir and Handbell Ensemble
- Rev. Lisa Stedman, preaching Worship followed by Coffee Fellowship
- Easter Egg Hunt for All Children
